Welcome to Elcona Country Club

Guest Information:
Elcona Country Club is a premier family oriented, social, and recreational organization. We are committed to providing outstanding facilities and excellent services for the enjoyment of its members and their guests. To ensure a full measure of enjoyment, we suggest the following.

Arrival:
Upon arrival, we ask that all guests please stop at the bag drop to drop off your clubs. You will be greeted by either a Rack Room Attendant or a Golf Professional who will take your bag for you. From there you can park your car at any open spot in front of the clubhouse. We ask all guests to please check in with the Golf Shop Staff and from there you will be directed to the Locker Room. Our Locker Room Manger will help you get set up in an open locker and take care of any needs you may have.

Dress Code:
We ask that all members and guests wear only appropriate golf attire when on club grounds, the golf course, and the practice facilities. Shorts are permitted for both men and women, but should rise no more than 4 inches above the knee. Gentlemen’s shirts must be tucked in at all times and hats are to be worn bill forward while outside. We also asked that hats come off before entering the clubhouse.

Cell Phone Policy:
Cellular phones should be turned off or on vibrate mode at all times while at the Club. Use of your cell phone is discouraged, however, if you must use your phone please be respectful to others and move to a private location.

Pace of Play:
Members and their guests are expected to play a round of golf in four hours or less. Elcona Country Club employs 10-minute intervals for tee times. This allows for an enjoyable round of golf without having the feeling of being rushed or pushed. Please be ready to play at all times, pick up if you are out of the hole, and putt continuously when appropriate. Remember, your pace on the course is immediately behind the group in front of you, not immediately in front of the group behind you.

Care for the Course:
Members and guests have a responsibility to take care of the golf course. Please repair all ball marks on the greens, replace divots, and properly rake bunkers. When using a golf cart, please follow all directional signs and use cart paths when designated to do so. We ask that all members and guests keep at least 15 yards between them and the green when parking the golf cart. Please be careful not to drive in any tall grass areas. Please deposit all smoking materials, litter, and broken tees in available containers on the golf course.

Please remember being a guest at Elcona Country Club is a privilege. All guest behavior will be the responsibility of the host member. We hope you enjoy your stay here at Elcona Country Club.
